苯(ben)(ben)(ben)乙(yi)酮(tong),亦(yi)稱(cheng)乙(yi)酰苯(ben)(ben)(ben),俗稱(cheng)安(an)眠酮(tong)。是(shi)***簡單的芳香(xiang)酮(tong),分(fen)子(zi)式C8H8O或C6H5COCH3。其中芳核(苯(ben)(ben)(ben)環)直(zhi)接與羰基相連。在(zai)自然(ran)界中,苯(ben)(ben)(ben)乙(yi)酮(tong)以(yi)游離(li)狀(zhuang)態存在(zai)于(yu)(yu)一(yi)些植(zhi)物的香(xiang)精油(you)中,苯(ben)(ben)(ben)乙(yi)酮(tong)為無(wu)色晶體,或淺黃色油(you)狀(zhuang)液體。有類(lei)似山楂的氣味。微溶(rong)于(yu)(yu)水,易溶(rong)于(yu)(yu)多(duo)種(zhong)有機溶(rong)劑(ji)。能與蒸氣一(yi)起(qi)揮發,氧化(hua)時可以(yi)生成(cheng)(cheng)苯(ben)(ben)(ben)甲(jia)酸;還(huan)原時可生成(cheng)(cheng)乙(yi)苯(ben)(ben)(ben),完全(quan)加氫時生成(cheng)(cheng)乙(yi)基環己(ji)烷。用于(yu)(yu)制(zhi)(zhi)香(xiang)皂和(he)(he)香(xiang)煙(yan),也用作纖維素酯和(he)(he)樹脂等的溶(rong)劑(ji)和(he)(he)塑料(liao)工業生產中的增塑劑(ji)等。還(huan)可以(yi)制(zhi)(zhi)造安(an)眠藥。可由苯(ben)(ben)(ben)與乙(yi)酸酐反應(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)得,或由乙(yi)苯(ben)(ben)(ben)氧化(hua)制(zhi)(zhi)得,也可用乙(yi)酰氯與苯(ben)(ben)(ben)在(zai)三氯化(hua)鋁(lv)作用下經(jing)傅(fu)氏反應(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)得。
